really surprised at the taste when reconstituted. Used in a quiche and casseroles and it was better than frozen, held up better and was easier to use and of course store.

tasty!

I haven’t tried other dried broccoli brands, so I can’t compare. Having said that, I like this stuff! I love cooking it in with mac and cheese.

just like the picture

The broccoli is not whole pieces, but small bits. If adding to tomato sauce, they disappear (good to get kids to eat broccoli). The color is very dark green, just like the picture. It’s crunchy if you eat it by itself. I used it to top a pizza (under the cheese) and you couldn’t really taste it. Good source of veggies but not much in the taste department.

I like broccoli soup and this product works perfectly. If you have ever eaten dehydrated broccoli soup, you know what I am talking about. I also put in in vegetable soup.

Great Flavor

I had not tried dried broccoli before, so I wasn’t expecting much, but what a surprise. This stuff is really good, and the flavor is more like cooked broccoli, which I like better than raw. A little goes a long way because it expands with moisture. Good value

I love this Dry Broccoli! I use it for soups and when I can’t get fresh produce. I recommend this to everyone. I chose 5 stars because it deserves the rating.

I love veggies and prefer mainly dehydrated veggies for cooking because there is less waste which is more cost effective. The broccoli needs about 20 minutes to cook in boiling water (I use it in stews and soups mainly).

Using this as emergency back-up, so no taste test yet. Purchasing these for my kids and their families for Christmas so they can have an emergency back-up.
